Submit your request
Fill out the contact form on our website with your sample details and test needs.

Receive guidance and a quote
Our team will reach out via email or phone within 24 hours to review your request, recommend tests, and provide pricing.

Set up your account
New clients complete account setup and sign the Laboratory Service Agreement.

Collect and submit samples
Use our sample materials (if needed) and ship or drop off your samples at HPC Foods Laboratory: 288 Libby Street, 3rd Floor, Honolulu, between 7 am–4 pm.

Testing & Results
Testing will be completed within 24–48 hours after receiving the sample(s). The results report (COA) will be emailed.
